Services
ChannelBoosters provides marketplace and commerce operations services, including but not limited to:
- Marketplace management
- Feed optimization
- Order & stock synchronization
- AI-ready product listing optimization
- Related consulting and operational support services
All services are provided based on individually agreed scopes, proposals, or written agreements. No services are provided without explicit confirmation of scope and pricing.
Client responsibilities and data accuracy
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and reliability of all data, content, and materials provided to ChannelBoosters. This includes, but is not limited to, product information, pricing, images, descriptions, identifiers, inventory data, and brand assets.
ChannelBoosters shall not be held responsible for issues, errors, suspensions, rejections, losses, or damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unlawful data supplied by the client. The client remains responsible for the final accuracy and compliance of product data, pricing, stock levels, and other commercial information published on marketplaces, websites, or other platforms.
ChannelBoosters may use artificial intelligence, automation, or optimization systems to generate, modify, or enrich product listings, descriptions, titles, attributes, or related content.
While reasonable care is taken to ensure quality and accuracy, automated or AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended interpretations. The client remains responsible for the final content published on their websites, marketplaces, or other platforms, regardless of whether such content was generated, modified, or optimized by ChannelBoosters.
Rights, legitimacy and compliance
The client confirms that they have the legal right to use, distribute, and sell the products and data provided and that such use does not violate:
- Intellectual property rights
- Third-party rights
- Marketplace or platform policies
- Applicable laws and regulations
ChannelBoosters reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if there are reasonable grounds to believe the client is engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or non-compliant activities.
Third-party tools and platforms
ChannelBoosters may use third-party software tools and platforms, including but not limited to Channable, as part of the delivery of its services.
All trademarks, product names, and company names are the property of their respective owners. The use of such tools does not imply ownership, partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.
Channable and other third-party providers are not responsible for, and do not own, the services provided by ChannelBoosters. ChannelBoosters operates as an independent service provider.
Platform policies and enforcement
Marketplaces, advertising platforms, and other external systems operate under their own rules, policies, and automated enforcement mechanisms. ChannelBoosters has no control over platform decisions such as product rejections, listing removals, account suspensions, policy changes, algorithm updates, or enforcement actions.
The client remains fully responsible for compliance with the policies and requirements of the platforms they use.
Integrations and external systems
ChannelBoosters may rely on integrations, APIs, and external software systems to perform services such as data synchronization, feed management, automation, or marketplace connectivity.
ChannelBoosters is not responsible for disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party systems, API limitations, outages, platform changes, or other external technical dependencies.
Data processing and automation risks
ChannelBoosters performs data processing, feed transformations, automation, rule-based configurations, and optimization as part of its services. While reasonable care is taken when implementing such changes, the client acknowledges that errors, unintended outputs, or incorrect values may occur in automated systems, integrations, or configurations.
ChannelBoosters shall not be liable for losses resulting from such technical or configuration errors, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, stock levels, product data, or other values published on third-party platforms.
No guarantees
ChannelBoosters applies professional expertise and best practices but does not guarantee specific results, commercial outcomes, rankings, revenue increases, approvals, or recommendations by marketplaces, platforms, search engines, or AI systems.
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
ChannelBoosters shall not be liable for temporary disruptions, errors, or performance issues arising from configuration changes, data processing, integrations, or optimizations performed in good faith as part of service delivery.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold ChannelBoosters harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
- Data, content, or products provided by the client
- Violations of third-party rights or platform policies
- Fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading activities by the client
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- ChannelBoosters retains ownership of its methodologies, processes, documentation, automation systems, optimization frameworks, and internal tools.
- Clients retain ownership of their own data, content, and product information.
- Clients receive the outputs of the services but do not obtain ownership of the underlying systems, logic, or methodologies used to generate those outputs.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
Liability limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelBoosters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or services.
ChannelBoosters' total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Any claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the client becomes aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the event giving rise to the claim.
Payment and suspension
In the event of overdue payments, ChannelBoosters reserves the right to suspend services until payment obligations are fulfilled, without liability for resulting delays or interruptions.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
All outstanding invoices and obligations remain payable upon termination.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of The Netherlands.
Changes to these Terms
ChannelBoosters may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page.
